To the people who consider ordering from this site:


    Hi people! I would like to write a detailed review about this site. Personally, I really like the korean style clothing (I believe most of you are). Their products look good, which made me to decide to order a few from this site. I've purchased some items from FIONA.en on date 03/22/2022, which cost me around $300 with shipping cost. I have been waiting for the updates of my shippment for one month, but there is no email notification regarding my shipping status. I was a bit worried, but I still did not hear anything for another two weeks. 

    It did not make sense that I have been waiting for 2 months, yet I recevied any updates. Then I tried to reach out to customer service through emailing & instigram msg so many times, but I didn't hear anything. Where did my money go? I became so worried that I email to them almost every day. 

    I am still waiting for their's reply as of now. (8/15) I would like try not to order products from this site unless you reach out to customer service or you have the patience to wait another 5+ months to get an answer. At last, I would like to ask anyone from this site to help me out if you know the right way to reach out to customer service?
